Red triangle, P0A80, reduced power, a kind of limp — and the car still moves. You drove it home. A silent dark dash is the hatch 12-volt: different bill. This site exists for that moment. It is not a shop, not a lab, and not a PriusChat thread.

Why this exists

When the triangle comes on, the internet offers two bad meals: a vendor blog that already knows you need their $1,800 install, or a PriusChat thread that is brilliant and also 14 years long. This is a third thing — a short, sourced decision guide. Independent. Not a Toyota technician, not a mobile installer.

What you will find here

Public price lists and warranty pages, dated 30 August 2026. The 12-volt and the HV pack stay on separate sides of the page. We will not publish HV removal or install steps — orange cables can kill — and we will not impersonate Toyota, Green Bean, NexPower, or a dealer. No invented testimonials, install photos, search volumes, or prices. Prius traction packs only. Honda, Ford, and RAV4 do not belong here. Camry, maybe later.
